  Double check the money you get from the ATM at this branch. The ATM shorted me $10 so I went inside to resolve the issue. The bank tellers were nice about the situation but could not give me the $10 I was shorted without doing an additional withdraw from my account. I was given a phone number to call which I had to file A claim for the missing $10. The associates on the phone told me it would take 10 days or more to get the money credited back to my account. Totally not impressed.

  I'm giving this bank a one star because I came in there the other day to deposit a check and exchange my bills for bigger bills. So I walk up to the counter and what I thought was a friendly black lady greeted me ask me what can she do for me today so I told her I need to deposit a check , which was no problem. After that she had asked is there anything else she could do for me, and I told her I would like to exchange some of my bills for bigger bills. So I'm a waitress and I have plenty of cash on me. I hand her a ziploc bag full of money which had about 600 plus in there. Majority of the money was 20 , 10, and 5 and some ones. Soon as I handed her the bag she had an attitude she told me she's not suppose to take it like this and that I need to break it for her then added on that she would deposit the money into my account and then I would have to come the next day to take it out of my account in order to get bigger bills? I was not happy. So the whole time she's counting the money which didn't take her long she didn't talk to me or look at me . after she comes back from counting the money from the machine instead of giving her an attitude I decided to be nice and apologize for the money so she started chuckling and said " I'm a hot mess" . which I didn't know what the hell she ment by that. So I stood there really pissed and didn't say anything and then she spoke up and said I'm just gonna give you the money today. But next time you need to break it up. I just took my money off the counter and walked away. I was mainly mad because she had a poor attitude because she didn't feel like counting money and on top of that insulted me when trying to be nice to her. I never been treated like that ever when going into a bank but I will not go there again and I plan on taking my money else where.
